What medical condition could this be (female 23) ?
Ask your doctor to refer you to an endocrinologist, or if you can do it on your own, find one yourself. The excessive hair sounds like hirstutism, and you may have a component of a thyroid problem, which an endocrinologist can also address for you, as well as the underdevlopment you speak of.

I hope all goes well for you.
Reply:Umm . . . you're not really describing a disease. If you've already been to a doctor, what more are you expecting from us? He has the ability to run and analyze tests and their results. We're a bunch of hacks sitting on a computer because we don't like our jobs. Being small even though your body is healthy isn't a condition or a disease, it's genetics.
Reply:If the doctor thinks you should be on birth control, at least try to consider it. Your body can take up to three months to get used to the pills, and after that the side effects go away. I was recently put on for PCOS, and I felt nauseous and dead tired for about 2 months, but now I have no side effects.

Also, this sounds to me, and may sound to your doctor, like you have an eating disorder - and I know, I suffered from one for several years. Many anorexics exhibit the exact same symptoms, from the lanugo (extra body hair) to the heart palpitations (your body is eating muscle, even the heart, for fuel). I would not suggest you have an eating disorder, but every single symptom you have named is classic for the advanced stages of anorexia.

If you positively do not have an eating disorder, then reconsider the birth control and give it three months. If there is no improvement, ask to see a specialist like an endocrinologist who can help get your hormones straightened out.

Best of luck to you.
Reply:Awwww. The worst thing that can happen to a woman is to feel ugly or unwanted. I would suggest you see a psychologist and get rid of some of ur depression. Also eat a lot and buy more mature clothes and were high heels and makeup.
Reply:Do you have a eating diorder?
Reply:I agree with ripsgracie 100%--go to an endocrinologist...the issues you're describing are exactly what they specialize in.
Reply:Testoterone could be one needed treatment , however you have symptoms of other possible diseases one of which could be hyperthryroid gland problems. Also sound like you could have microal valve prolapse.

There hasn't been enough information provided, although you did provide much but I would still need to know more such as diet, living conditions, are you taking drugs and taking drugs could be one of the reasons why you are the way you are , then maybe not. It really sounds like someone taking crystal meth.

There are no turning back those effects. The stretch marks on your butt could reveal a time that you were sick, very sick. I have lots of stretch marks on my behind. I got those when I was operated for an apendectomy.

Heart condition can make you feel weak, very weak. The pigmentation problem are signs of yet another disease. Body looking underdeveloped could be fixed by the testerone treatments, this will take a while, it's not something that goes away over night. The breats may never grown larger.

You have crazy symptoms and you need the help of a specialist as well as a change in diet and lifestyle.
Reply:Time to go to a specialist. General doctors can try a few options, but if basic bc pills didn't work for you, you can get a better workup and get your hormones carefully balanced. An endocrinologist is what you want.

Good luck!
