I think you should take her to a dentist, the same thing happened to my son, but my son was I belive 5 years old and an extra tooth was growing behind one of his front teeth. The dentist took an X Ray and told me that it was just the root of the tooth and it happens some times, but that I should not worry becasue it should not grow any bigger than the tooth.

My son is know 14 years old and still has that little piece of root behind it. It looks smaller now and you can't see it unless he shows you. It looks smaller because his front teeth grew.

Take her to the dentist, its going to be a little hard becasue she is really small and she may not want to do an X ray, but take her anyway just to see what the dentist says and recomends, you will feel better once you know what that is. I really belive its just the root of her tooth. Good luck!
Reply:Call a childrens dentist. And your pediatrician. Why take a chance?
