I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth extracted exactly a week ago. The pain would not go away so I went back to the Dr. and he checked for dry sockets. I didn't have any so he gave me a medicated mouth wash for the pain and to help keep it clean. I feel a lot of sinus pressure in the upper left jaw and when I rinse my mouth water comes out of my left nostril. Is this something I should be concerned about? Will it heal on its own?

sounds like you might have a sinus infection or an infection from the dental work talk to doc
