Dental issues?

i know this isnt in the right section and im sorry. i posted it in the DENTAL section and got no answers. so im posting here since i post on this section a lot











i went to the dentist a while back and found out i hada very large hole in one of my back teeth. i could look in a mirror and see it and the dr said i needed a root canal which was almost $1000. i didnt have the money so ive been saving. well, the last few days that tooth has been hurting, and i havent thought much of it, till just now. i went in the bathroom and looked at it and my gums around that tooth have apparently came up thru that hole and the gum part is BLACK! whats wrong with it?! ive never even heard of anything like this before.

Sounds like a abcess tooth with a infection, I would go to the doctors or hospital and they will give you a anti-biotic for it because that can make you sick if you get a bad infection there.

Reply:you need to ring your dentist and tell him/her what you have just seen and have been feeling and ask them if you can pay them off as you don't have the money right now and its kind of an emergency and you can make frequent payments good luck
Reply:go to your dentist..... for him/her to look at it, cause if it's infection you'll need that to be cleared up (they'll give you an antibiotic) before they can do anything else, while there ask if you can do some kinda payment plan and give them what you already have saved down, if not look for a new dentist and explain the situation...
Reply:Sounds like a gum disease.One of my moms friends got it.You need to get it fixed quick.Doesn't your dentist do payments?Most do.If it gets really bad though I think you should go to the hospital and get it taken put there and then you for sure can do payments.
