5 month old decreased appetite?

My 5 1/2 month old son weighs 18.5 pounds. He normally takes 4 to 6 ounces of formula at a time for a total of 30 or so ounces a day. In the last couple of days his appetite has decreased to fighting to get 4 ounces down and a total of around 20. He has two bottom teeth and can'tfeel any new ones. He has a Dr. Appt Monday but in the meantime should I be concerned? He is making wet diapers and drooling so I don't believe he is dehydrated.

my baby will be 5months in 3 days. she loses her appetite after her shots. remember when they are teething babies get upset tummies among other things. those things affect their appetite. good for you for making an apt just to be sure. good luck ☻
Reply:He is teething ! dont push him to drink just make sure he is not dehydrated
Reply:Just teething im sure but its always best to have him checked out. Maybe try giving him cereal or solid foods now? check the formula hasnt been changed ie new taste. has he pooped ok if he hasnt pooped then he wont have space for more food....

remember teething is continuous and if he got the bottom 2 then the top 2 probably arent far behind. Try homeopathic teething talets. They are amazing
