Which is worse for your teeth, coke or similar product or fruit juice?

Coke could be any common carbonized drink i.e. Pepsi, Dr. Pepper and juice drink should only refers to 100% natural juice, OJ, Grapefruit, pineapple etc. excluding things like sunny delight.

Which is worse for your teeth, coke or similar product or fruit juice?
Unless taken in moderation all of those things are very harmful to your teeth. Even 100% fruit juice is terrible for your teeth if you drink it a lot. This is what our pediatric dentist told us. My kids only drink juice that is 100% but they are limited on it and we water it down. It all contains sugar and it is all the sugar bugs that harm your teeth. :)
Reply:Which ever has more sugar would be worse for your teeth. I would assume that would be sodas.
Reply:I would have to believe Coke itself. If you can use that substance to degrease your engine, I can%26#039;t imagine what it could do to the enamel on your teeth.
Reply:i would think coke or similar products. after all, they contain some form of acid, yes?
Reply:i think seen as thought if u left some coke down ur toilet it would leave it spakeling thats gunna be worse for ya teeth. i had a mail awhile ago saying all the bad stuff fizzy carbonated drinks did to ya body.put me off a tad!
Reply:aerated drinks have negative effect on our calcium formation so they pose more harm to our teeth. Fruit juices won%26#039;t post any harm if you wash your teeth after consumption as far as i know.
Reply:Soda is bad for you. Fruit juice is only bad if you have it before sleep and I mean, drink, get in bed and sleep. If you brush your teeth after drinking it, it should be okay. Hey! Here%26#039;s an idea, try water.

Peace.
Reply:Let%26#039;s put it this way...

My four year old daughter drinks juice and koolaid, and on the RARE occasion, a soda. Her teeth are perfect and white.

My friend%26#039;s four year old daughter drinks nothing but coke and was at the dentist yesterday getting her teeth filled. Her front teeth are rotting out of her head, the poor baby.
Reply:I think a popular soft drink such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Dr. Pepper are worse for your teeth because it contains numerous amounts of sugar, and sugar is definitely bad for your teeth.
Reply:Coke and similar products. But for sure, not the fruit juice, ofcourse. Its healthy.
Reply:Anything with sugar or salt is bad for your teeth - check the sugar or salt value on the items and that will give you an idea!@
Reply:Both are not good for your teeth, but if it comes to which is worse, Cola. It will strip the enamel right off your teeth!
Reply:The colas are for sure whether it be with or without sugar I is the carbonation that is the worst part for you, not just your teeth but the rest too. It will take the enamel off your teeth and does a job on your insides too. Best to do the fruit juice rather than the carbonated stuff. Just not the sunny delight as it adds a lot of sugar.
Reply:any of them can be bad for your teeth, whether because of cavities, or it can stain your teeth, to minimize teeth problems, drink it with a straw.

Reply:Both are acidic and bad for your teeth, but the soda can stain your teeth as well...
