Quick question about invisalign, DR please?

I am 19, I have been to orthodontist many times, but yea i ddint loose all my baby teeth until i was like 16 and it took them a while to come in. I am actually traveling all the time, and very involved in international business. I will be switching between USA and Brasil very frequently but I do want to get the whole teeth thing straighten before I am much older. I do not want the traditional metal braces, and since money is no barrier for me any kind of treatment would work that will provide the fastest and best results. Doctors are humans and I have read many doctors blogs some say its great, some say its horrible, its like when i am in miami the sun is good for you, get lots, when in NYC stay away it will kill you, so yea I would like a few reliable answers and be informed about any other kinds of treatments, retainers etc.

Quick question about invisalign, DR please?
With todays advance dental pracitices, braces can me made less and less noticable. Invisaline is great, I do reccomend it. I myself had it, and I have several patients who%26#039;ve had it and been greatly pleased with the outcome. It requires more frequent visits to the Dentist for new series of trays.
Reply:Ceramic braces may be a wise option. They would be faster than invasilign, and able to be more accurate in the final positioning. If they are %26quot;not very bad%26quot; like you have stated, then it may only take 6-8 months of braces. Everyone is different, and a diagnosis can never be made over the Internet. Only after multiple radiographs, measurements, and careful evaluation can a %26quot;best option%26quot; be recommended.

First course of action would be to select a Dentist you trust. Then begin diagnostic work up.
Reply:In comparison to metal braces, the ceramic braces provide more or less the same results and are less visible. Beyond this I would like to differ from Chensona above. You have to choose one type, fast-results-braces or not-noticeable-braces. Since you do not have heavily crooked teeth and your main consideration is esthetically straight teeth, I would vote Invisalign for you irrespectively that it may take more time to achieve result. It is for the reason that while Invisalign is doing it%26#039;s job, no one will notice them on your teeth. If you are looking for something faster than this, your answer would be in porcelain veneers/crowns.
